The match of the season. This should be a cracker. Both teams are the oldest here on PC, and are widely considered to be the finest ones here as well.
The Falcons have an excellent all-round squad. One would argue that their strength is their batting, but they also have a fine young bowling attack spearheaded by brilliant young seamer Salehuddin Mahmood. They are also a brilliant side in the field, and have a good blend of experience and youth.
The TT Lions have one dimension to their game - Bowling. The Lions possess what is easily the finest bowling attack in PC, with Tuckett, Folkes, Rudi, Eli and Crouch all matchwinners in their own right. However, batting is a major, major problem. The batsmen are good, but that's it. Few have managed to perform conisistently against high quality opposition, often requiring their bowling to bail them out. In the field they aren't too bad, but they do boast several experience contenders and also have a good blend of old and young players.
On last look, the ratings were as follows:

But we all know, matches aren''t won by ratings. Even then, by the looks of it The Falcons have a brilliant top order and are sharp in the field. But the Lions do have some fantastic bowling and bat deep, so that could possibly neutralize the threat posed by Mahmood. The pitch is going to be difficult for batting, -something the Lions don't need- slow and low, with turn and uneven bounce. The weather is predicted to be sunny though, so that might help the batsmen a bit. The home advantage is expected to be with The Falcons, but the Lions are still a popular team, expect to see a few Lions fans cheering on their team.
The Lions' lineup is expected to be full strength, although with a few tweaks in the order. Abdeen is expected to slip down the order due to his failures up top, while Whing may be demoted too in order to provide some late hitting.
Overall, it looks like it is going to be a great game on paper. It is basically going to boil down to the Lions bowlig against The Falcons batting. And while their batting may let them down, the Lions do have one thing -a matchwinning ability and a never say die atitude. Will that be enough to win them a match? You never know. All we do know is that this is going to be a cracker of a match, one not to be missed!

Great advantage for Zorax is homeground conditions But till now, its luking balanced for both Falcons & TTL...
