All about computers.

Is there a way for running aplications meant for WinXP in Win98SE.
Somthing like a compatability patch??

Only some Applications can be run on both 98SE and WinXP.

Sincce WinXP is more advanced than Win98SE the compatability of some Applications that are recent will work on XP better.

Just read System Requirements if they have them.
Depends on Graphics, Multimedia, etc. But I'm not sure about a patch.

Actually I wanted to run Sound forge 7.The installation says that Win 98 in not suppoerted & Windows 2000 or above is required.
I'll have to do with Sound Forge 6 wich works on Windows 98.

He means get a version of sound forge which installs under 98.Major software production companies always release different versions for different OS.(If their product is OS dependent).

I know what he meant by that, but he said to get it for him.

That's what I don't get.

Its Australia dollars, 2 Aussie Dollars basically equal 1 US dollar

Isn't around 3/5 Australian more or something like that.

eg: US $1, AUS $1.60.
US $20, AUS $32.
