I may have just missed him, but is it correct that arguably India's greatest spinner, Subhash Gupte hasn't been picked in the draft? Pretty hilarious that Harbhajan Singh, Ishant Sharma and Roger Binny have been picked, but Gupte hasn't.

I already had picked mine spinner very early in draft and other spinners picked by members included Murli, Kumbe, Saqi and spin quartet. I think all of us avoided 2 spinner theory to keep it side which can play in all conditions.

But even so, Subhash Gupte is regarded by many to be India's greatest spin bowler. Incredible that he wasn't picked by anyone in this draft.

Yeah having him in place of Ishant would have been good option. But I can vouch for most, don't know about NP10, he would not have crossed mind.

He certainly came up. But you were only allowed 4 players from one country and my Indians were exhausted pretty quickly.

He's hardly the best spinner tbh...3 of the 4 quartet were far better and Kumble is certainly the leader of the pack.

I'll man up and say he completely slipped by me. I had my mind on the trio and forgot all about him. Saqlain would greatly complement him as well.

And I don't know if any spinner out of India is clearly the leader of the pack. They all had incredible feats to their names and all also had huge chinks in their armor.
