Yea I've never heard any audio from the ads. Once there was one that had a button that looked like it would play music but it never actually did.

I think the ads depend on the location. Probably audio ads would come up in USA by PlanetCricket. I have never come across any audio advertisement on PC.

Someone whose rep power is too low for it to hit - so usually someone very new or with negative rep trying to rep you.
