Yeah, perhaps. I was trying to access it from 9.00 am to 9.30, but couldn't.:/
I thought i was banned and my access to this site was blocked forever.

On my Ipad 4 visiting the site I keep getting directed to Feckin "Jelly Splash" in the App Store; very, very annoying......anyone know why and how to stop it?

There's an article here about it - The Shady Practice of Mobile App Install Ads | Digiday - basically advertisers put an ad on the site that contains a script to redirect you.

I've tried more broadly in terms of blocking the types of ads we show in the hope that it stops them - I can imagine how annoying that would be and certainly don't want those types of ads appearing.

As for the downtime - I don't know. It's fixed now and appears to have been a routing issue between network providers and the Planet of Cricket.
