The point is that those games are to be released in 5-6 months or more.

There is no good reason not to release some footage of this game.

That is a valid point and a useful one as it encourages the developer to be more open.

The game hasnt got a release date yet....be patient...soon the videos will be released!! When....thats a marketing decision! Ross has already mentioned the fact that the marketing campaign would not be more than a month long. So, the release date will be revealed around a month before the release date which would then be succeeded by the trailer, gameplay videos, gameplay sessions etc!

They do!! Gameplay footage is the ultimate show of a game's capabilities! Its the ultimate tool to generate excitement!! Right now is not the time for that excitement! There is enough stuff already available to excite you about this game!! As for comparing with other games, cricket is a niche market.....you cannot play by the same rules for a game with such a narrow audience (as compared to those other games, the trailers of which you have seen months before their release).

Martyn let me ask you a couple of things. Are you are lonely guy? I kind of get the impression you crave attention. You seem to enjoy arguments for no reason. Your points have no facts to support them and to be blunt you're making yourself sound like a total douche! There are people out there that can help if you have issues.
