We are a small part of their customer base who they and their company survive on. Snd since they have decided to interact with us better do it properly with showing the respect their customers deserve who still has stuck with their game after everything.
Nah man, we don't matter diddley squat. We're tier one A fans. We're the same as the StarWars guys who hate the prequels but will show up DAY ONE for anything branded StarWars in the vain hope it's going to be any good. Here's the thing; We are a TINY minority of their game sales. Sure, with us on side we'll tell a lot of people but they absolutely do not need us at all. That's the mistake a lot of you are making with the BigAnt stuff and constantly demanding new things. Those guys humour us because they LIKE US and our forum and our input. But they don't NEED us to make the game successful. Now, with our constructive feedback could their games be BETTER? Absolutely, but don't think for one second it's anything less than business for the majority of game developers and companies. Ross is the exception to the norm and we're damn lucky. His enthusiasm for PlanetCricket and our ragged bunch of weirdos should not be a reflection on Mike and his bug report method. He's just not got the charm of a Chief or the Swagger of a Ross and that's totally fine. But we're owed nothing, other than being huge fans of cricket games who really want to see what these delays mean for the project and whether or not it's looking any better. We'll get it, when we get it. But we don't expect it and we don't have to get all uppity when we have to wait.
What it simply means is one guy gets it.
