I know i have being making our BETA dudes hate me for my comments but in all fairness they have tried their level best to make this game the best there ever was. They did come close to it, but at the end of the day they are dealing with a commercial company with NO competitors.

Yes. Lost it for about a month. It was in my ashes CD box. Totally forgotten

Yes, I've tried this. It certainly changes the feel of the game. I would also recommend batting with ProCam, for even more fun.

I cant stand the pro cam, makes me sick using it, also the fov is so low, it's like having a tiny camera sticking off the brim of the helmet

I really want to use it, but any ball that is within a foot of the stumps you just can't see and that's the deal break for me as the camera doesn't pan down far enough. Can you leave it? Is it straight? With Starc bowling at 93mph, you can't really take a "wait and see" approach.

There's a few funky glitches with that camera as well, rotating and moving at different times. I wanted to use it so much, but in the end just binned it.

As promised, 2 videos of AI bats getting out off defensive shots. Only 2 I've seen.

Boom! I am taking this as some sort of karma type deal. The more talk the game down for not giving me edges off defensive shots, the more they're going to keep happening for me!

This one was great and the only time I've got out to a seamer playing a defensive shot against the AI (Lyon seems to get me from time to time as a spinner, mainly through poor timing). Online Co-Op game against the AI again, back with the IND v PAK contest. We're already up by about 250 in the 3rd innings, but as you can see from the score we were in a bad spot. So I try to slow it down and build a little bit, only to receive a ball of the century candidate lol Pitching outside leg and smashes the top of off stump?! At 77mph?! I am perfectly happy to say that was too good for me

And this one is from my career game, looks spot on. Well, the set up does, bit of inswing, holds the line off the pitch, edge and out (and kudos to Bairstow behind the stumps for the take!). Perfect test match dismissal for a pace bowler. On closer inspection, clearly animation issues to make the edge occur, but I'm ok with that if it provides a more authentic game experience.

Another innings in career without any HUD..Really fun..And strongly believe the shots go to even more places because our timing is mixed when you have to watch the ball and play which also shows in the Big Wheel...

Anyone else finding it WAY too easy to get wickets? I seem to always see people complain there's not enough edges etc but... (theres a bit to this post sorry)

I got the game last friday and in my first game on pro, medium, medium and default sliders I made 320 in 50 overs as England. Aus made 290 odd but importantly batted the whole innings, very rare in any game for me. I thought this was great. A few adjustments to make batting a bit harder and decrease shot force, swing and revs for fast bowlers (surely should make batting even easier for AI?). Did a t20 and won by 20 runs but again AI werent all out.

Then I decided to put it up to Legend and now the AI is awful. Bowing them out for around 90 now. So I had a look around the forums and saw that putting judgement up might help, especially for AI wides. I changed all judgement to 95 to maybe stop bad shots but nothing. On legend I got Aus 58-6 in 9 overs then went back to pro and they were 65-3 off 11 then all of a sudden it was edges and bowled's galore. I even got a hattrick of forward defensive edges and they were all out for 94. The only annomaly to this was Aus chasing down 169 in a t20 off the penaultimate ball on Veteran.

Seems like nothing works? With judgement up they still loop the ball harmlessly in the air but now they cant even read the line and length. With swing and seam down i thought it would be really hard to get edges but nope. Is there anything else I could change? Cant see how putting batsmen skills down like Ive read would make it better, surely worse?

It's been well documented that there's something wrong with the attributes in the game so I wouldn't expect changing judgment too much.
it has been the case in previous Big Ant Cricket games that the AI varies quite a lot depending on the difficulty settings, both for the general match settings and your personal controller settings. If i was you I'd keep experimenting with different difficulties and set ups and work out what works for you.

I know not ideal but it's something.

I've noticed it can be when you step up the AI gets worse... in a funny way I think perhaps if you aren't quite good enough, you bowl more worse balls the AI trys to bash them and you get cheap wickets.

I think this sounds very likely. It also nicely sums up the difficulty in creating a cricket game. So many variables
