Obviously it’s kinda late, but regardless of that I’ll add this point here.
The very concept and implementation of cutters is and has been quite flawed in this and previous games.
Imho, first, the cutters are obviously over powered, as in the intensity of the lateral movement after pitching is awfully high.
Second, the speed of the delivery of a normal and cutter remains on the same scale. Which almost makes it overlap with seam movement off the track.
In reality, of course this is not the case because in trying to spin the ball sideways the bowler automatically loses pace.
So, ideally in the game this factor could easily be replicated by not allowing the cutters to be bowled at such pace. Simply scaling the pace down. Implementation shouldn’t be too difficult.
