chawla is being missed here, but i am happy to see people know what powar can offer to the team. unless he drastically improves his fielding and/or thinks wickets, he is not going to be any use to us in the long term. harbhajan could go wicketless but at least he is very useful on the field and with him, its time before he gets back with wickets. he is that kind of a bowler.

First of all, its been one match. Calm down. Second of all, Tendulkar wasn't the lowest scorer of India, why the hate? Yuvraj and Gambhir did worse. Third of all, he shouldn't be embarrassed because there's a huge difference between 20-20 cricket and ODIs.
This is Sachin's second consecutive failure. Remember he batted in the first game.
The sooner we sort out the problem of the middle overs, the better it is for us. Cant have teams get back up like this and dictate terms to us. Venkatesh Prasad needs to do something to solve this problem.
Harbhajan played in today's game along with Powar. What India can do now is go in with 4 bowlers and drop Powar to include a seventh batsman. This will leave a void in our bowling, but we dont have another spinner. the selectors have a job in their hands to see who can fill in for powar for the last 4 games of the series.

I will be happy if they bring Yousuf Pathan and try him in the next 3 odi's.Powar is of no use.Both pathan brothers are all rounders and thats a good thing for us.
