Ah finally that last wicket partnership got way too many runs for my liking. Gilly takes a World record 6 catches great stuff always great taking another world record.

Good stuff from the final pair. was nice to see them making the aussies work hard in the end for that wicket. two sixes from zaheer gave some entertainment.

nothing to lose for india here. just got to come out and enjoy it and stretch the aussies a bit before their eventual win. the last pair showed that the wicket is still good for batting. but i feel you just cant blame our batters much today. it just was not our day as it was for australia the other day.

I agree, still the Aussies did well to restrict us to this. Gilly looks to have done some excellent glove work, and good bowling by Johnson for his 5er.

Sachin and Zaheer topscored for us then? Well at least Sachin is in amongst the runs. I remember someone saying this before, but only the really talented players know how to go into survival mode in tricky pitches like this. It's one thing for the flash, which Tendulkar has, but having the ability to combat the good bowling with gritty performances is very important.

Mate we did bowl really good especially Johnson and Gilly took a couple of really good catches.

5/26 for Johnson. I never really rated him before, he didnt look anything special in the T20, i dont like his action either. Seems when he gets the right conditions he is very useful. Getting the likes of Yuvraj and Dhoni really helped Australia. Didnt watch it but Australia seem to have played very well.
