Australia in India

It was annoying how the last partnership for India wagged. We won but it was annoying how they hung around so long. Great performance by Mitchell, Gilchrist and Lee to win the game. We just need to win or draw the next game.

I doubt you'll draw it....

Well, i think its best to forget the previous ODI for us.. I really wonder what cricket they played.. They didn't even do the basics right. It seemed, Sachin was batting on a separate batting track and other batsmen were batting on a tough bowling track. Hats off to Aussie bowlers though.. They did their job perfect. The most impressed one was Sachin's dismissal by Lee. What a delivery that was.. Excellent.

Anyways, there is no point in worrying now.. Best thing to do is, plan forward and had to give more than 100% to level this series. Still, its possible provided we work hard to achieve it. And hope, a good cricket comes out in next two games.:)

Today I had a fight with my brother who is an australian supporter and i bet
we will win the next 2 matches so we better win,i am sure we will win.
come on india............

With the wisdom of hindsight, I think we should have stuck to the regular opening pair or maybe give the new ball to Pathan for a change. Afterall he is only quickie in some kind of form.

Anyway, what's with Sreesanth?? It's time the match referee handed him some kind of punishment, not that it's gonna cure him. Recently noticed that the number of members of "I hate Sreesanth" community in orkut is rapidly increasing. Interestingly, most of the members are "mallus". They obviously find his behavior embarrassing.

It was a off day no need to worry we will bounce back

We should play sreesanth he is our best bowler and should play,no matter what his antics are ,i am baffled why is he resting when he is the 2nd higest wicket taker in the series.

If we win the toss we should again bat first as this is surely going to be a high scoring game ,my prediction is india to get 350 and australia to get 340

Definately, It was Sachins mistake, when Ganguly was running, Sachin was just standing he didnt even shout or shove his hands to stop Ganguly .

Standing still? Nonsense... Sachin took a few steps down the track and seeing that the run was risky, he backed off and asked Ganguly to get back. But Ganguly was half way down the pitch and had no chance of getting back.

It was definetley Ganguly's fault, he was far too eager to get the single and I must say he really cannot run between the wickets...

When ever you play with Australia your loss is 90% confirmed.

But Ganguly's ability to realise who he is running with and ability to pick whether it's a sensible single is terrible.

Ganguly and quick single in the same sentence defies the laws of physics, BANG!

King Cricket, in the T20 you had a youthful and springy (:D) side, with Sachin, Dravid and Ganguly, you don't.

Ganguly just wanted to take a quick single. I find nothing wrong with it. We took lots of quick singles in T-20.

Oh yeah and Ganguly was really up to it in the T20WC because he was playing in it wasn't he....

There's a reason he wasn't playing in the Twenty20.

I really want to see Badri, Rohit or Tiwary in the team now for both the games. We will probably lose at least one of the next two games with the current line-up and I think there is no harm in seeing what these guys are good for. They will have a hunger that is no doubt missing from some of our senior players. And they will also be able to match the Aussies in the field to a certain degree.
