Well they have no decent fast bowlers in India that can currently play, and they have to open up with someone.

Current Score: Aus 2/58
Hayden 16*
Martyn 12*

we're looking pretty comfortable here, if we can reach a total of about 200, we've got the game in our hands

In the first innings, people in India would of seen our second rate spinner in Nathan Hauritz. He took 3/16, India must really be going bad, seeing that he averaged 60 last season in our domestic comp

His selection on this tour is a mystery, but to be fair, the Gabba isn't really the haven of off-spin.

No pitches are really spin friendly in Australia, most suit pace bowling, and that's where Australia have produced the goods with McGrath, Gillespie, Thompson, Lillee, Reifell and co. the list goes on

Edit:
Season 2003/04
Bowling
Cameron White: 35 wickets at 37.80
Nathan Hauritz: 16 wickets at 63.93
Batting
Cameron White: 522 runs at 40.15
Nathan Hauritz: 196 runs at 28.00

Who should of been picked White or Hauritz?

4th Test Stumps Day 2

India 1st Inning 104 (Gillespie 4/29, Hauritz 3/16)
Australia 1st Inning 203 (Martyn 55) (Kumble 5/90, Kartik 4/44)
India 2nd Inning 5/0

India trail by 94 runs with 10 wickets remaining

Hauritz got 3/16 in his first game. Also he was the 15th bowler to get a wicket in its first over.

Yeah...good for him.And like Harbhajan,Hauritz opened the bowling in the second innings too

Anyway, this has been a really boring series. :( I cant wait for the Aus-Nz series :)

Andrew Leipus Leaving

Andrew Leipus will leave the job as physiotherapist for India after SA test series. Looks like more Indian players will get injured now.

atlast new guys will get chance and try to perform better than what current players are doing

Go Michael Clarke. Proved he is valuable to the Australian Test team. At the start of the series 151 runs. Now 6/9 for bowling. WOW.
