Looks like the final ODI in Wellington is going to be a dead rubber. Southee was just awful, bowling too full. NZ started oh so well, but all good things come to an end and that seems to be happening all too often for NZ.

Not the selectors fault. Well aside from selecting Franklin who is blatantly injured. The batsmen have to step up. The last 2 games we've collapsed and not batted the overs. On both occasions with an extra 50 odd runs we probably coulda won the game.

Kind of agree, however he shoulda been out plumb LBW in the 20s. He did set the game up really well for Australia though. White was the icing on the cake. I probably would have given it to a bowler but it was mainly our batsmen getting themselves out as opposed to any outstanding bowling performances. Maybe Hopes? He pulled it back and "got" Taylor and Styris's wickets
