Argh, I'm spewing I didn't read this thread before buying the game. It's installing now but if the batting is way too easy I will be refunding within my 2 hour steam time frame

Batting was definitely way too easy; very frustrating that the old 'leave the ball and go for a wander down the pitch to get stumped' from DBC 14 is still around, why hasn't that been ironed yet?

In your opinion... ! Us lesser gamers are getting a decent challenge but I do agree the game must levy to all tastes and levels hard but a requirement... ?

Yeah, I get that but the whole walking down the pitch thing shouldn't happen at all. Why is the batsman just randomly running around in a semi-circle after leaving the ball in the first place? This happened in DBC 14 and I have no idea if it happened in 17 because that game was shit but it's happening again here.

Batting is easy when u play offline with default modyfiers.
Batting is not atall too easy in online gameplay.
We playing t20 league 150 to 170 average scores which is realistic.
But sad to say manny leagues are happening with 2 red balls restrictions that was never the case in dbc 17

I guessing the people who say its too easy havent played the actual top skill level combination. Both of them. There are 2 skill levels. The one you set as you go into matches on the pre match screen is only how hard it is for you to control batting, bowling and fielding. Then there is the overall skill level in the main settings, how good THEY are (Novice, amateur, pro, veteran, legend). They probably played hardest, on amateur level. It goes up to legend + hardest.
I was playing a test yesterday and declared on 735-6. Too easy, I thought. In the 2nd innings I was late on everything and was all out for 260. It was chalk and cheese and I still can't figure out why. May have been something to do with changing the difficulty during the game but the settings didn't "stick" until I rebooted my console. I don't know. Confusing the hell out of me.
