55 unbeaten 10th wicket partnership is unbelievable recovery. India has no chance to win tomorrow - not that they had before. As soon Australia's last 4 wickets in the 1st innings added 150+ runs, the game was over then and there.

I also think more wickets should fall off of a no-ball. Maybe then perhaps the bowlers will try to minimize those - Bumrah and Jadeja being the main culprits.

Too bad Bumrah's heroics with the ball and NKR's fighting century will go in vain. No way India is batting the day out.

FTR, the first innings for India in this Test match was only the second instance since the start of the Bangladesh series wherein they have forced a second new ball on the bowling team which means India have not batted 80+ overs regularly. All the more reason to think that it can go either way tomorrow. 90 long overs to survive and as if the Aussies pacers weren't enough, Lyon and Head will come into play as well on Day 5 pitch.

I was a bit surprised Australia didn't have a go at Rohit today. A 7-8 over spell would have proved to be very nervous time for the openers. Could have easily had India start day 5 with 1 or 2 wickets down.

In all likelihood, it appears that it will be an overnight declaration. Australia have enough in the bank to ensure India don't think about winning the Test. So that leaves just Draw or Australia win on the table.

My money is on Australia. Day 5, full 90 overs and strong bowling attack ought to be enough to get 10 wickets, especially this lineup. 99-1 in favor of Australia. That 1% is for the unlikey event of our batsmen managing to play out 540 deliveries.

I would have given India a chance if Rishabh Pant was in nick.

He is the kind of player who would love these kind of chases but he just trying too much with those ramps, hoiks and step out shots.

Talk about others - Rohit is just clueless at the moment and horribly out of knick, Kohli will again nick a 5th Stump delivery, Jaiswal is down and out after those drop catches.

So upto KL, NKR (who is due a failure) and Washington.

Jadeja is a Fraud.

So if anyone is optimistic about India's chances Tommorow good luck.

The best scenario will be a draw which is also going to be a daunting task.

Marnus said they "didn't earn it" - which suggests to me that we weren't comfortable with a total under 320

Is it though, Ben? Assuming Sydney is a washout, India must win to have a realistic chance at the WTC. Batting for fewer overs means they must attack more.

It isn't the decision I'd have made but I can just about see the logic.

Well, adding six runs in 10 balls isn't awful. Now we gotta attack
