Excellent victory for Australia. It's good to see young players like Pattinson doing well. This has been a great match for Australia. Ponting finally making some runs, Hussey getting some runs too. New player Cowan showing good talent in the first innings and then of course Hilfy making a comeback and bowling exceptionally well and Siddle as usual, doing well. Overall, Australian team should be very happy with their performance.
India on other hand need to do some changes to their side. Our bowling has been good, we need some changes in the batting line up. I'm quite surprised by how Gambhir has been playing in test matches over the last couple of months. Hasn't it been quite some time since he last made a century in test matches? He has made 50's but in India, he has been injured but still somehow he isn't able to put up his best performance and that's something to worry for the selectors. Rohit surely deserves a chance now, with Kohli been given enough chances but I'm not sure Dhoni will do that. He always tries to give a player way too many chances to prove his talent, which can be good sometimes but can backfire more often.
India entertained us a bit as well
