Problem: Career Batting All rounder

Not sure if am doing this correctly or not. I am the 4th batsmen in Surrey. Doing my 4th year of career. I have taken 122 wickets in Tests/county. I used to set Defensive Pace 3 Fielding. Both right handers and left handers hits the ball directly to Long on/Long off. When they do hit, my fielders just standing right there and are not running towards the ball to take a catch. And the ball pitches just short before their legs. Its like 1000 times they are doing that. I am really frusturated... The same thing when I do hit, wherever the fielder is they just run to the ball and catches it.

There is one more thing that I have to mention, some of the fielders are walking to the boundary from the place they are standing and then dives and catches the ball saving from boundary. I was like WTF! If they would have stayed in the same place they would've taken the catch.

Sorry guys, maybe I didn't phrase the question correctly.

Fielders at long on/off aren't running towards the ball when I bowl in career mode. They are walking backwards.
