Commentary Thread

@ Syl, now is the time to accelerate the scoring card.
@ Sean, Still looking possible for you to make it.

And one more wicket gone for me,

31.2 W Cable to Wotton
Catches win matches, but that clearly only came off the pad. Unlucky.

Yeah, as Syl told, Angy's bowling is too too good. Completely clueless about my top order collapse still,

End of Over 33: 141-7, runrate=4.27, reqrunrate=3.71 (203-10)
Sheppard 10-1-41-3
Love* 3 (5 balls)
Alshaun 71 (85 balls)
Last Wicket: Wotton c. Hamed b. Cable 14 (FOW: 129/7)

You still got Alshaun still hope for you. Very similar to my game again, Chav was about the same but he fell just short of his 100 and my team fell soon after.

30.3 4 Ryno to Masibulele
The purists may not like it, but the reverse sweep certainly is an effective shot to play. Masibulele played that one to perfection.

lb4 in that last over made it a good over.

End of Over 32: 177-2, runrate=5.53, reqrunrate=6.67 (296-1)
Shaka 6-0-25-0
Masibulele* 90 (105 balls)
Quintus 64 (76 balls)
Last Wicket: Chavhanga b. Leeds 11 (FOW: 29/2)

As expected, tail collapsed.
Code:
33.4 W	Cable to Hamed
The ball bounced really low, hitting Hamed on the toe bang in front. Out to a grubber, how unlucky!

33.1 W	Cable to Love
Straightforward outside edge into Hamed's gloves.

34.2 W	Moodley to Macdonald
Hook, line and sinker! Moodley tempts Macdonald into fishing outside off stump, Barton reeling in an ugly outside edge at slip.

So Hunting Tigers lost by 61 runs. One of the huge defeats :(

And that's the end of the match. Fighting Mongooses won by 61 runs.
Fighting Mongooses 203-10
HuntingTigers 142-10

But was very much impressed with my skipper,
Code:
[COLOR="Red"][B]
Alshaun* : 71 (86 balls)[/B][/COLOR]

Brilliant knock and nobody supported him

@ Syl, Masibulele has comeback really well after a slow progress in the middle. Hope these two continues to accelerate further.

Bad luck Suren.

Masi out not good only got one good batter left.

33.1 W Shaka to Masibulele
What a catch by Ryno in the covers. I haven't seen acrobatics like that since I last saw the circus. Masibulele looks on in disbelief.

Good finish to the over at least.

33.6 4 Shaka to Germon
Shot! Too full and straight, Germon plays a superb straight drive, back past the bowler in fine fashion, Ryno chases in vain from mid on.

Bad luck mate. He must have a good bowling line up.

35.6 2 Mohammed to Saich
Cut to third man, great running between the wickets
35.5 4 Mohammed to Saich
Four runs. Saich hit that inside-out over extra cover.
35.4 3 Mohammed to Cohen
Sweeps with the turn and they'll run three there.

End of Over 36: 191-3, runrate=5.31, reqrunrate=4.86 (258-10)
Mohammed 8-0-48-0
Cohen* 25 (27 balls)
Saich 24 (30 balls)

Last Wicket: Barraclough c & b. Dangasela 36 (FOW: 144/3)

11 from the over. :) Needed that. RRR under 5 now.
Needed that.

End of Over 37: 197-3, runrate=5.32, reqrunrate=4.77 (258-10)
Dangasela 7-0-24-1
Saich* 25 (31 balls)
Cohen 28 (33 balls)

Last Wicket: Barraclough c & b. Dangasela 36 (FOW: 144/3)

If I lose 2 more wickets within the next 30 runs, I'm screwed

Game set and match

37.2 W Shaka to Steele
Shaka must practise Feng Shui; He's re-arranged Steele's furniture!
37.1 W Shaka to Germon
That was an absolute ripper of an inswinger from Shaka, and the offstump goes spinning out of the ground as Germon plays all around it!

I'm just going too slow though.

Also Syl, why did you bring Steele down the order? Isn't he a opener for you if i had remembered correct!
