Carey 3-0-16-1
Friedrich* 1 (2 balls)
Byfield 65 (49 balls)

Last Wicket: Whittle b. Carey 18 (FOW: 145/3)

Bowling now, looks like I'll finish with a win :)

Congrats Zorax!!!

I won by 5 wickets with 5 overs left to spare, im liking my chances of top 4 this season unless FC games wear me down

First over was solid same can't be said for the 2nd.

1.3 W Singh to Masibulele
Masibulele chips that straight to the man at short extra cover. Singh raises his arms and Masibulele walks off.

0.3 W Mccafferty to Fontaine
Lofted in the air towards deep mid wicket. Mcmaster runs in and dives forwards to take a great catch.

Haha, Griffo will suffer now! He was talking up his big name player Fontaine and now he is gone in the first over:) I think he was talking up his "star batsmen":p

Hehe poor Griffo

Singh is killing me

5.6 W Singh to Germon
And it's been caught! Marvellous fielding there, absolutely marvellous!

I hope someone stays with Chav he is looking in awesome touch today.

6.2 4 Samuel to Chavhanga
Ker-ching! Chavhanga wastes no time cashing in on Samuel's mis-directed delivery. A graceful square cut races to the offside boundary.

7.1 4 Singh to Chavhanga
A wide half-volley is met by a glorious cover drive from Chavhanga and it goes all the way to the boundary.

End of Over 8: 36-2, runrate=4.50
Singh 4-1-15-2
Chavhanga* 19 (19 balls)
Quintus 1 (1 balls)
Last Wicket: Germon c. Nicholls b. Singh 14 (FOW: 22/2)

Been a few 6s lately

16.5 6 Pinnock to Quintus
Quintus has absolutely smashed that for six! The fielder didn't even bother to move.

And an awesome one to bring up the 50
18.1 6 Pinnock to Chavhanga
The ball was pitched too short and Chavhanga quickly lofted it into the home dressing room.
And that's his fifty! Well played.

It seems that its Chav's turn to kill the bowlers ;) Good going inspite of those two wickets.

New season best time for him to refind form :)

Was getting a bit bogged down until

26.5 4 Pinnock to Chavhanga
Worked around to fine leg, misfield and a boundary is the result.

27.4 4 Barnard to Chavhanga
Shot!!!! Timed to perfection, four runs.

About time Quintus upped the rate he is going even slower than Katich would!
28.2 4 Pinnock to Quintus
Bowling lesson number 72: If you bowl there, you will be punished. Four to add to the total.
End of Over 31: 140-2, runrate=4.52
Pinnock 9-0-47-0
Chavhanga* 79 (90 balls)
Quintus 42 (69 balls)
Last Wicket: Germon c. Nicholls b. Singh 14 (FOW: 22/2)

Dam that Ray

32.3 W Pinnock to Ray
Ray was caught out by the googly from Pinnock, easy decision for the umpire
32.2 W Pinnock to Quintus
The arm ball hits his pad right in front of off stump. Easy decision for the umpire there.

Sure wasn't expecting this from captain Steele.

33.2 6 Bird to Steele
A pre-empted slog, and it has paid off, the ball just cleared the rope.

34.5 6 Barnard to Steele
SIX! Steele comes down the pitch and smashes an overpitched ball for six over cover.

Well played Chav

38.2 1 Barnard to Chavhanga
Smacked back down the pitch. Barnard takes some pace off it so it's just a single.
And that's a century for Chavhanga! Well played indeed Sir!

End of Over 42: 204-4, runrate=4.86
Barnard 9-1-54-0
Steele* 24 (28 balls)
Chavhanga 117 (125 balls)

Last Wicket: Ray lbw b. Pinnock 0 (FOW: 146/4)

Steele is going amazing for a comp batter against max's attack.

42.4 4 Singh to Steele
Half volley on leg-stump, smashed away for four.
42.5 4 Singh to Steele
How hard was that hit? Short of a length and Steele seemed to have been expecting it. He went right back and pulled ferociously behind square. No chance for any of the fielders.

44.4 4 Singh to Steele
Fantastic shot by Steele! Shortish straight ball, pulled powerfully through mid wicket. Deep square leg is helpless to stop that rocket.
44.3 4 Singh to Steele
Steele flashes at that one, and the slips watch in dismay as it scuttles to the boundary. A bit streaky that.

Oh that sucks Steele is run out for 49.

45.3 W Samuel to Steele
What a mess, they were both running around like headless chickens. Steele has been stranded halfway down the track.

Excellent start by Sawyer
45.5 4 Samuel to Sawyer
Sawyer flashes at that one, and the slips watch in dismay as it scuttles to the boundary. A bit streaky that.
45.6 4 Samuel to Sawyer
Drives along the ground to long off.

End of Over 46: 251-5, runrate=5.46
Samuel 8-0-42-0
Chavhanga* 129 (135 balls)
Sawyer 8 (3 balls)

Last Wicket: Steele Run Out 49 (FOW: 243/5)

Much better than the under 100 score I made last time against him. Will need a real good effort from the bowlers to defend this though.

End of Over 50: 266-9, runrate=5.32
Samuel 10-0-50-2
Hitish* 1 (1 balls)
Clayden 2 (7 balls)

Last Wicket: Mohammed c. Gore b. Samuel 1 (FOW: 265/9)

Date: 16/09/2007 at 04:30
Ground: Sri Krishna Ground

My match is yet to start... I consider today as my team's start of the Season 3 :)

You were right about Hamed, Suren :)

12.1 W Hamed to Meyer
Attempted the reverse sweep, but misreads the length and is bowled.

End of Over 15: 75-1, runrate=5.00, reqrunrate=5.49 (266-9)
Hamed 3-0-13-1
Nicholls* 6 (8 balls)
Mainey 26 (44 balls)

Last Wicket: Meyer b. Hamed 36 (FOW: 64/1)

We can tell you that HuntingTigers won the toss and elected to field.

It seems i have made a wrong decision after seeing this,
End of Over 6: 33-0, runrate=5.50
Love 3-0-15-0
Harley* 16 (21 balls)
Moodley 16 (16 balls)
