Suren has two Walton as well :) And I played him the week before so two matches in a row I was playing them. And both times they were bowlers.

Sayce having quite the bot smashing run.
199 last week, 296 the week before and 239* in his current knock.

Going good here. Hopefully can bowl them out for under 300.

Triple 100, maybe he can break the BB highest ever score of 600 something.
89.6 3 Hibbert to Sayce
Not quite timed by Sayce, but it races away towards the boundary. Great chase by Payne keeps it to three.
A triple century. Excellent innings this.
End of Over 90 (8 runs). Baggy Blues: 647-1, runrate=7.19
Hibbert 23-1-170-0

Steyn 22-0-181-0
Nicholls* 366 (321 balls)
Giddings 60 (70 balls)

Playing a bot, all my upcoming games will need my top XI so I expect a slow start to the new friendly competition. I will declare at 1200 and hopefully get three days worth of income

Good old bot bashing.
Declared at 800 Lee with 133*

Sayce with another chance to score more runs

Bradman who? The name is Sayce, Douglas Sayce.

63.4 2 Holsgrove to Sayce
Great running there!
A double century. Very good innings this.

End of Over 64 (9 runs). Baggy Blues: 416-1, runrate=6.50 (1st Inn: 801-2 dec)

Williams* 21 (93 balls)
Visagie 2 (5 balls)

Last Wicket: Hankey b. Sodhi 35 (FOW: 61/3)

37.1 W Sodhi to Hankey
Went for the big heave-ho, but completely missed it! He hangs his head as he makes the long walk back to the pavilion.
Can I win this game after being asked to follow on?

Here's a posit. You order your team to GFI, but in doing so they only take the field for about 50 overs before the match is completed. Do they lose more fitness than a team ordered to PAN and play the full 100 overs?

The PFL this season seems to take less a hit from GFI so I would say you wouldn't notice the difference.

Not a great day, had the opposition 6 down for 130 odd and they managed to get to 8/193 star two bowlers Barrowdale and Sawyer not picking up any wickets.

In reply lost my usually consistent new purchase cheaply.

End of Over 22: 159-1, runrate=7.23, reqrunrate=1.25 (193-8)
Oboyle 4-0-39-0
Chavhanga* 47 (37 balls)
Masibulele 80 (64 balls)
Last Wicket: Fincher b. Van blerk 27 (FOW: 65/1)

So anyway, while we wait for the day's PFL analysis to come through

Magpies XI 103 (37.1)
Jenny 55
Wharrad 5/16 (8.1)

Fighting Mongooses 1/105 (15.4)
Dodge 59 n.o.

On paper it might have been an overkill GFI, but he has 3 bowlers that can sometimes make 200 a very big total. I've been hurt before. Plus, I need to ensure a win after some frustrating defeats.

And the stats are in. The three pace bowlers and wicketkeeper lost 1 level of PFL. Only one of these leaves the week with less PFL than they started.

Im playing fellow Premier League team Ross XI (iloveireland)

Im doing well, even without Bennett playing. My bowling is really weak today but.

End of Over 36: 227-2, runrate=6.31
Quintin 8-0-38-1
Drury* 43 (45 balls)
Mattheus 57 (60 balls)
Last Wicket: James c. Falken b. Southern 51 (FOW: 141/2)

Trying out a move my opponent on Friday uses. Working okay although this pitch is uneven.
End of Over 7: 21-0, runrate=3.00
Sawyer 4-1-10-0
Shahbaz* 6 (16 balls)
Joyce 10 (26 balls)

Not bad got out the 80k BT rating guy
8.2 W Sawyer to Shahbaz
Shahbaz charged towards Sawyer like a rhino on heat, only to miss the ball and have Masibulele whip off the bails. Out!

I'm lovin that Fincher, got the BB off to a solid start.

End of Over 31: 131-2, runrate=4.23, reqrunrate=6.16 (247-3)
Ashraf 6-0-38-0
Quintus* 4 (4 balls)
Chavhanga 28 (47 balls)
Last Wicket: Fincher c. Mahmood b. Solomon 66 (FOW: 125/2)
