Beauty, and four runs.
And that's his fifty! Well played.
25.4 4 Sodhi to Worthington
Smack - Rope - Four!
25.3 4 Sodhi to Worthington
Worthington cuts hard in front of point, smashing it for four.

good things on brighter side... We also passed the 100 mark...

Sodhi 10-0-50-0
Worthington* 69 (67 balls)
Benn 31 (36 balls)
Last Wicket: Sardine c. Sodhi b. Shorey 0 (FOW: 60/4)

2 man show... If Benn maanges to continue this good, he can have a claim to my first XI...

Shorey 8-1-37-2
Benn* 50 (50 balls)
Worthington 82 (83 balls)
Last Wicket: Sardine c. Sodhi b. Shorey 0 (FOW: 60/4)

34.6 1 Shorey to Benn
Gently played down to long on and the fielder runs wide to get the ball.
And that's his fifty! Well played.

This looks good now...

End of Over 40: 207-4, runrate=5.18
Cash 10-0-49-0
Worthington* 96 (99 balls)
Benn 64 (64 balls)
Last Wicket: Sardine c. Sodhi b. Shorey 0 (FOW: 60/4)

So far so good... 147 run partnership...

40.3 4 Jan to Worthington
A classic on drive from Worthington, perfectly timed and there's not much Jan can do in the way of fielding that one. Instead he watches as it races on its merry way.
And that's a century for Worthington! Well played indeed Sir!

Double good news...

48.3 W Jan to Benn
I've got a feeling about Benn today, I think he might do something truly glorious. Erm, Benn is out, sashaying down the track and chopping Jan onto his timbers. Ouch.

48.5 W Jan to Worthington
He's behind you!!! No seriously, thin edge from Worthington and Martin celebrates one of the easiest catches he'll take all season.

They fall together :p

102 and 133 respectively...

End of Over 49: 285-7, runrate=5.82
Jan 10-1-57-5
Pine* 1 (1 balls)

Splendid!!!

3.5 W Sardine to Tunnicliffe
Shortish ball straightens alarmingly on Tunnicliffe, he's squared right around on the crease, gets a huge leading edge which flies up in the air, Muller hurries forward from mid off and slides to take the catch low to the ground.

End of Over 4: 15-1, runrate=3.75, reqrunrate=6.07 (293-8)
Sardine 2-0-3-1
Martin* 7 (14 balls)
Cousins 0 (1 balls)
Last Wicket: Tunnicliffe c. Muller b. Sardine 8 (FOW: 15/1)

You have to :D

My first ever hattrick in BT :)
4.5 W Youngs to Ahmed
Ahmed's belted that one, but he wasn't in control and so it didn't come off the middle of the bat. It's going to be either a six or a wicket. Clare steadies himself... OUT! Safe hands young man, you can carry the beers later!
4.4 W Youngs to Singh lali
Absolute jaffa, bowled him all ends up. They'll need a technician out there as that stump camera is in several pieces.
4.3 W Youngs to Sagren
Bowled him! He’s sent him back to the pavilion.

Ended up with the figures of 2-1-6-5

Another Hattrick for me in BT today...
BT T20 Qualifiers Game... My main bowler went for 29 in 3 overs...
And this is what he did in the last over of the game...

19.6 W Alshaun to Naidoo
Out! Alshaun beats Naidoo with sheer pace! The stumps are sent flying!

19.5 W Alshaun to Tau
Tau shuffles across his stumps to a ball of fullish length from Alshaun. Trapped plumb in front.

19.4 W Alshaun to Johnson
Johnson can't believe it, and even Alshaun only managed half hearted appeal. But he's out to a ball certain to go down the leg side.

19.3 W Alshaun to Padayachie
Oh how unlucky can you get? The ball ricocheted off his partner's bat and looped up for an easy catch for Abdul kadir.

19.2 . Alshaun to Padayachie
Opened the face of the bat, steered to backward point.
19.1 1 Alshaun to Bowler
Pitched up and driven to mid off.

Over estimated my opponent looks like he GFI his OD league game that I took my summary from.

Oh well managed to restrict them to 2/173
In reply my star signing again made a contribution with 79 while Chav the stole the show with 89 in 42 balls leaving me 1/175 after 18.1 overs

Atlast, managed to spend some time with my team :( Tbh, HT is facing very tough time with the manager failing to spend time with his players  :p

In today's match,

We can tell you that HuntingTigers won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking a bit on the dry side. A fair bit of help for the spinners I think on this sunny day.
0.1 W Love to Rush
Big appeal and he's been given! Pitching on off stump and seems to be going on to hit middle, plumb as can be! A peach of a delivery. Talking about food, I seem to be rather hungry all of a sudden.

Very first ball wicket! Nothing much after that,

End of Over 6: 37-1, runrate=6.17
Macdonald 3-0-20-0
Knightley* 6 (12 balls)
Alder 28 (24 balls)
Last Wicket: Rush lbw b. Love 0 (FOW: 0/1)

Also, I am out of this T20 competition after loosing first three games. :(

End of Over 10: 86-1, runrate=8.60
Crabb 2-0-18-0
Fitzpatrick* 37 (25 balls)
Rennie 45 (30 balls)
Last Wicket: Pead c. Crabb b. Sotho 2 (FOW: 22/1)

Due to PFL issues I have put out my 2nd XI and am duly getting thrashed on a H&F pitch. Shouldn't win now.

End of Over 14: 116-4, runrate=8.29
Hirst 4-0-30-2
Fitzpatrick* 52 (35 balls)
Hall 3 (4 balls)
Last Wicket: Headley b. Hirst 1 (FOW: 112/4)

30 runs and 3 wickets in 4 overs means this match could be tighter than I thought...

14.2 W Liddle to Fitzpatrick
Tries to loft him against the spin and only succeeds in chipping it to Crabb at long off. Good piece of bowling from Liddle.
14.6 W Liddle to Mckay
Mckay tries to cut, but is on to the ball too late and edges onto his stumps.

:D

End of Over 15: 118-6, runrate=7.87
Liddle 4-0-31-3
Hall* 3 (4 balls)
Ayre 0 (0 balls)
Last Wicket: Mckay b. Liddle 2 (FOW: 118/6)

15.6 W Crabb to Hall
Through the gap; Hall was all at sea. Superb bowling from Crabb.
6.4 W Sotho to Southern
Spectacular catch by Lucas but credit should also be given to Sotho for producing such a gem of a delivery.
16.3 W Sotho to Ayre
Sotho is on a lap of honour after that delivery rips Ayre's middle stump clean out of the ground. The crowd are chanting his name...
17.1 W Crabb to Mcgoldrick
Confusion! Both batsmen stop-start and finish at the same end of the pitch. Mcgoldrick is easily run out.

Some fantastic bowling at the death as we restrict them to only 122 with Sotho getting 3 wickets for 7 runs! Bring on the batting.

4.2 6 Mckay to Watson
The crowd goes wild as the ball is slogged over mid wicket and into the stands.
5.2 6 Mcgoldrick to Watson
Commentary box to Houston. We've got lift off!
5.3 6 Mcgoldrick to Watson
Watson has his mother in the crowd today. Show off!

End of Over 6: 59-0, runrate=9.83, reqrunrate=4.57 (122-10)
Mcgoldrick 3-0-28-0
Hodgson* 15 (15 balls)
Watson 43 (21 balls)

Watson is destroying them.

And that's the end of the match. Greenbank won by 10 wickets.
Toffs XI 122-10
Greenbank 124-0

Fantastic batting to win it off 13.2 overs with Watson pioneering us to victory with 76*(42) and Hodgson helping us on our way with 47*(38). Very nice victory but Hull CC(1st place team) are currently thrashing their opposition so 2nd is the best I can finish now, realistically.

I am playing the strong team today.. no 2 in league, and this is how things have gone till now,

End of Over 10: 62-3, runrate=6.20
Hamed 2-0-11-0
Hessenthaler* 35 (23 balls)
Hitish 2 (5 balls)
Last Wicket: Owen b. Walton 5 (FOW: 53/3)

Lets see how it goes :upray It's his home ground!

Still no Baggy Blue has got a 100 in a 20/20 match. I did however concede one today.

Gungahlin Jets FC 2/197
Baggy Blues 1/202 in 17.3 overs with Stubbs only ball being the match winning 6. So ended on a high.

Well, HT failed to get wickets in last 10 overs

End of Over 20: 158-4, runrate=7.90
Karthikeyan 4-0-34-0
Hessenthaler* 108 (60 balls)
Ali 12 (12 balls)
Last Wicket: Hitish b. Walton 9 (FOW: 99/4)

I doubt whether HT can win this one. They do have good bowling line up is what I observed from their previous matches. Lets see :upray

Surprisingly opponent have gone with mediocre bowling attack inspite of having strong batting.. May be underestimated HT :p

The openers smashed their bowlers everywhere and won it for HT :)

Code:
[COLOR="Red"][B]HT : Total (15.5 overs, 0 wickets)  	161  	 [/B][/COLOR]

[COLOR="DarkGreen"][B]G. Singh : 85(51) 6 4's 4 6's
L. Bishop : 75(45) 4 4's 4 6's[/B][/COLOR]

[B]Hunting Tigers Won by 10 Wickets[/B]

Well, this win has convinced the manager finally after three consecutive losses in this T20 competition in first three games.
