75.3 W Morrison to Lekgwathi
In the air, and caught. Lawrenson could have caught that with his back to the play. Lekgwathi is clearly frustrated with himself.
75.2 W Morrison to Austin
Austin's out. A regulation off spinner there and he tries to hoist it out over mid on. His swing turns him completely around, he's lost his balance and his stumps as well.
75.1 W Morrison to Nhleko
Morrison's the happiest man on the planet - Nhleko thinks about a big drive, checks himself at the last minute and spoons it straight back to the bowler.

I'm doomed. :(

Im really concerned about my game at the moment, im leading the comp but im playing the best team players wise in our competition and they look to have set their orders for a change and all their stars are healthy DAMN YOU SIME-UTD

End of Over 11: 41-1, runrate=3.73
Jevans 6-2-7-1
Stanley* 18 (41 balls)
Wotton 10 (12 balls)

Last Wicket: Nayar b. Jevans 11 (FOW: 19/1)

Brutal conditions but...

We can tell you that The Southern Sharks won the toss and elected to bat. The pitch is looking a touch on the green side. All the seam bowlers have been out there rubbing their hands on this partially cloudy and humid day.

Good recovery but the killer bowler has still got 3 overs left... i expect a battrick collapse but so lets hope wotton can convert quickly... he needs to make 85 to have the most runs in a season for anyone ever to play for my team.

End of Over 40: 178-3, runrate=4.45
Middleton 10-0-39-2
Wotton* 80 (96 balls)
Mbeki 0 (4 balls)
Last Wicket: Nicholls b. Middleton 62 (FOW: 178/3)

My opponent got away to a quick fire start but then the wickets fell constantly.
Fernandes grabbed 4-31, 3 of the tail but that's better than nothing.

Openers Crouch and Masi got 69 a piece to take me to victory in 24.1 overs.

I'm playing a bot and their openers wages are 10k and 18k... Hard and fast pitch today so I'm expecting them to get around 210 really. If I can get their openers out early though they i may be able to get under 200 if I'm lucky.

End of Over 5: 22-0, runrate=4.40
Sotho 3-1-12-0
Wilkerson* 5 (11 balls)
Bandaranayeke 17 (19 balls)

Bandaranayeke is their big guy.

Jaztheman added 9 Minutes and 11 Seconds later...

6.2 W Sotho to Wilkerson
Shortish delivery, seaming away, catches the glove as Wilkerson tries to evade it. Huge appeal, the umpire raises his finger and an overjoyed Sotho begins his celebrations.

There's the guys with 10k wages gone. Now if we get the other guy, they're going to be restricted alot.

End of Over 7: 31-1, runrate=4.43
Sotho 4-1-15-1

11.1 W Rashid to Bandaranayeke
The batting team looks on in disbelief as Mckoy takes an unbelievable catch at cover, diving to his left and catching the ball one handed in mid-air. The fielding team is jubilant.

Rashind into the attack and gets the big one first ball! :D

End of Over 12: 59-2, runrate=4.92
Rashid 1-0-2-1
Westhead* 11 (16 balls)
Conn 1 (4 balls)
Last Wicket: Bandaranayeke c. Mckoy b. Rashid 34 (FOW: 57/2)

200 and under is what i'm aiming for now.

Haha yeah.

Well we got one of their guys out, run out, but since then one guy has taken it to my bowlers.

26.3 1 Crabb to Westhead
Fullish ball, Westhead reverse sweeps and gets a single.
And that's his fifty! Well played.

Whitehouse 1-0-10-0

What are the odds that I'll collapse and lose?

Gilly Fan added 5 Minutes and 25 Seconds later...

Oh no!

6.3 W Whitehouse to Riley
He tried to work that away round the corner, but there was a bit of extra spin, and it's ballooned to silly mid on. Caught!

Goes for a ripper 44 from 25 balls.

End of Over 7: 80-1, runrate=11.43, reqrunrate=12.69 (244-1)
Whitehouse 2-0-17-1

Noon 78 (36 balls)
Last Wicket: Riley c. Poole b. Whitehouse 44 (FOW: 78/1)

I'm doing very well to hang in there. It might've been better if my prof batter was able to get a bat. But he's an all rounder so yeah.

Gilly Fan added 11 Minutes and 27 Seconds later...

19.4 6 Poole to Noon
That's a risky slog down to cow corner. This'll be close... it's a six! Haldane's outstretched hand was just inches away there.
And that's a century for Noon! Well played indeed Sir!

19.5 6 Poole to Noon
Where has that gone? I see it. It's hitting that building over there. WOW! What a shot from Noon.

6 needed off the last ball.

And it's a single. :(
And that's the end of the match. Hevydevy won by 3 runs.
Hevydevy 244-1
