Short, wide, slow...and rubbish. Emtage waits on it and carts the ball away over point for a boundary.
A 500!!! Wow, not seen one of those since Lara.

And what a way to reach 500!!!... 4

Lol 500 is just stupid... I felt bad when Buchan i think got it for me

That was a single stroke masterpiece!
And that's a century for Solomon! Well played indeed Sir!

Great knock from Solomon, he's saved the game for me.

Last Wicket: Ramdeen b. Mccoy 47 (FOW: 211/4)

96.1 W Mccoy to Africa
That's a spectacular catch, Blain was three feet in the air! That was six runs had he not pulled that off.

96.6 W Mccoy to Ramdeen
Mccoy Delivers a slow yorker and... I don't believe it! Ramdeen missed it completely and the stumps are completely askew! Not even Mccoy was expecting that result.

Shore Athletic won by an innings and 894 runs.

A fantastic start to the season, starting with a home game against a bot. We loss the toss and they decided to bat first on a green pitch. Their innings didn't last long though as they got skittled out for a mere 54 runs. Only one player got 10 runs or more, and he got 10 runs. Coutts(3-10) and Nkoe(2-8) impressed on their debuts, both being our best bowlers. Sotho and Davidson both got 2 wickets as we triumphed. Lekgwathi was the only bowler not to get a wicket but he got 0-10 off 9 overs.

It was then our turn to bat. It started well with our openers putting on 112 together, before Wylie got out for 65. Raisani then came and went for a small run total of 10. Pilkington came in on his debut and batted well with Hodgson, before the opener got out for 111. Pilkington and McDonald, who are both new signings, put on 303 for the 4th wicket partnership. McDonald the man to go after just getting his 150 and ending up with 154 of 148 balls. Pilkington went shortly after and ended up with 168. A great debut by the guys. Hodge came and knocked 135 and Davidson hit 34 as we seem to be aiming for the 1,000 run mark. The 7th wicket partnership was a belter as it saw us go from 825/7 to 960/7dec. Nkoe hit 168* on his debut whilst Lekgwathi, our home grown player, hit 67*. A fantastic batting performance.

It was then their chance to bat again, but this innings was much better for us. The innings saw 9 ducks. with the Extra's being their top joint scorer. We only needed our opening bowlers to win us the match as Sotho(5-7) and Coutts(5-1) just took them apart. They both bowled 8 overs and just bowled economically well and got the wickets.

My man of the match, which was a little hard to pick, has to go to Coutts for getting match figures of 8-11. Brilliant debut for him. Max points. :)

Just remember, it was only a bot.

The start to my FC season was a good one, playing the only human manager in the league I was expecting something more than the usual wham-bam-thankyou-ma'am bot bashing session but that wasn't to be. Got to my declaration target of 360 quickly and managed to bowl them out in the same day. The new objective was to try to get the game to last three days, so I set my batsmen defensive and they wen't out to play again, 580 runs later I declared again. This morning Samuel and Backley were more than happy to get the job done themselves and they each took 5 for's to win us the game.

In addition to the good performance this morning, Samuel also managed a 10 for in this match and although it was easy going my top 4 all managed to get 100's in either of the innings but Nicholls did the best with a 150 & 135 although he was outscored by debutant Fish who amassed 167* in the second innings.

End of Over 31: 159-1, runrate=5.13
Harvey 9-1-31-0
Atkins* 60 (57 balls)
Cheema 63 (100 balls)

Last Wicket: Bexfield c. Wotton b. Mbeki 29 (FOW: 49/1)

Biggest game of the season, i hate bowling first but i know it will give me a better shot at winning the game, good spell from harvey in the middle but elsegood has let me down alot

1st over really set me back
0.4 W Gibbs to Masibulele
The slower ball and Masibulele played too early, getting a leading edge back to Gibbs.
0.3 1 Gibbs to Chavhanga
On leg stump and he flicks it away to fine leg.
0.2 W Gibbs to Sawyer
Crikey. That's a tough call! The umpire's raised his finger for a delivery that's moved back a long way. Gibbs is smirking to himself as he turns away.

Chav is still there luckily, now into happy hour so hopefully these two can do the business.
End of Over 41: 152-5, runrate=3.71
Charl 7-0-18-1
Ray* 12 (33 balls)
Chavhanga 89 (107 balls)
Last Wicket: Germon c. Charl b. Brennan 11 (FOW: 115/5)

My only difficult OD league opponent tanked his game and I GFI'ed. Result: I won by 10 wickets - I bowled him out for 11.

And I was hoping to watch this massive game after I came home from school after my exams but I smashed him before that.

That's weird time to tank a game. You need to get your sponsors/team confidence up asap and he could have threw other games.

Got the one early wicket I needed, need a few more before my openers finish or I can pretty much kiss this game good bye.

End of Over 5: 21-1, runrate=4.20, reqrunrate=3.91 (196-9)
Sawyer 3-0-10-1
Pembridge* 7 (17 balls)
Scholes 5 (7 balls)
Last Wicket: Davison lbw b. Sawyer 6 (FOW: 7/1)
