Aye, I made 2-139 batting first but they got it in 13 overs with just 2 down. Depressing. Promoted Van-geersdaele to Morrisons spot and he got 73 not out. Fox got another 50. God I love Fox. Not bad, not bad. The team I lost to was second place so I'm not to upset. Mac Dodge got hit for 34 off his 2 though. Terrible.

That sucks, sounds like his bowlers were on defensive.

My match is going down to the wire. Sawyer picked up a wicket but went for 11 runs.
End of Over 16: 103-5, runrate=6.44, reqrunrate=10.00 (142-8)
Sawyer 3-0-19-1
Blackstock* 1 (1 balls)
Sandhu 8 (5 balls)
Last Wicket: Cahill b. Sawyer 50 (FOW: 96/5)

Managed to get home in the end. Woods picking up 4-24 and Sawyer and Fernades with 2 a piece. Chambers was the star with 1-13 off 4 overs. Won by 22 runs.

End of Over 20: 184-2, runrate=9.20
Britz 4-0-32-0
Mohato* 24 (18 balls)
Davies 37 (24 balls)
Last Wicket: Healy c. Raisani b. Waters 69 (FOW: 126/2)

Chaseable, but need to hope they are a poor bowling side and my batsmen get on a roll.

Geez I got owned.

And that's the end of the match. WendyarmCC won by 70 runs.
WendyarmCC 184-2
Killers CC 114-10

End of Over 19: 114-10, runrate=6.00
Silverwood 3-0-10-6
Seddon* 6 (4 balls)

I'm terrible in BT20's.

My third BT20 in consecutive days just started.

Newton is hopeless. He is my best OD player, can't last more than 2 balls in BT20's.

0.2 W Conner to Newton
Through the gate went the ball, and to the pavilion went Newton. A great wicket taking delivery!

Again, great start there. FUUUUUUUUUUU!

Captain might have to be dropped. Both my openers are terrible, trying a new opening combo, not that it's going to do much with Newton getting out so early! Gunna try a completely new combo for next BT20's if we have more, unless my openers find form in between.

End of Over 6: 29-5, runrate=4.83
Hadland 3-0-9-2
Barnard* 8 (7 balls)
Hassell 0 (1 balls)

Last Wicket: Atkins c. Angel b. Hadland 9 (FOW: 29/5)

Just missed out on submitting a second XI for today's game. Oh well, should be over quicker.

Finally bowling first but hasn't been a great start until Sawyer came on.

End of Over 8: 63-1, runrate=7.88
Sawyer 1-0-3-1
Mccaw* 23 (27 balls)
Woodgate 0 (0 balls)
Last Wicket: Bhana c. Ray b. Sawyer 38 (FOW: 63/1)

End of Over 12: 96-3, runrate=8.00
Parr 3-0-20-1
Nissanka* 6 (9 balls)
Mukhopadhyay 22 (17 balls)
Last Wicket: Coutts lbw b. Christie 36 (FOW: 76/3)

My typical BT20 collapse happened, still can make 140+ from here though.

I'm in trouble here, Chav will need to step out of his poor BT20 form.

End of Over 17: 156-2, runrate=9.18
Woods 3-0-33-0
Rawstorne* 35 (22 balls)
Woodgate 45 (26 balls)
Last Wicket: Mccaw c. Perkins b. Sawyer 34 (FOW: 74/2)

End of Over 20: 181-3, runrate=9.05
Mosheua 4-0-39-0
Mukhopadhyay* 82 (45 balls)
Nissanka 27 (29 balls)

Gun comeback. Finally doing something good in BT20. Time for the bowlers to perform...for once.

1 bowler has just owned me
End of Over 4: 36-2, runrate=9.00, reqrunrate=9.19 (182-3)
Mccrave 2-0-10-2
Chavhanga* 16 (10 balls)
Crouch 1 (1 balls)
Last Wicket: Masibulele c. Monk b. Mccrave 18 (FOW: 34/2)

End of Over 7: 73-0, runrate=10.43, reqrunrate=8.38 (181-3)
Habens 2-0-22-0
Haynes* 39 (22 balls)
Lyons 33 (21 balls)

Not looking good...again.

End of Over 9: 113/1 runrate=12.56, reqrunrate=4.18 (158-1)
Bridge 1-0-25-0
Cuss* 41 (19 balls)
Wareham 27 (11 balls)

Last Wicket: Lonergan c. Tyson b. Gilroy 43 (FOW: 68/1)

Bridge got hit for 4 sixes off his last over.

8.6 6 Bridge to Wareham
Wareham moves the front leg out of the road and bludgeons it out of the ground. That is massive!
8.5 lb1 Bridge to Cuss
He didn't get any bat on that but they'll be able to run a leg bye.
8.4 6 Bridge to Cuss
Cuss opens up his body and gets his bat under a short ball on the off side to smash a six over the deep point boundary.
8.3 6 Bridge to Cuss
When you compare Cuss with photos on him on the club website of a couple of years ago, you can tell he has been working out down the gym more. And you can see the benefit as he clearly had power to spare for that six.
8.2 1 Bridge to Wareham
Nudged the ball on the leg side and scampered through for a single. Great running.
8.1 6 Bridge to Wareham
Excellent! Wareham has hooked it over the fine leg boundary. This is the kind of batting that makes me feel glad I went to commentary school!

im so going to lose unless my best bowler Gilroy picks up a few wickets in his last 2 overs.
