Commonwealth Bank Series (Australia, India, Sri Lanka)

Another weak looking Indian line up. Specialist batsman at 7 is absurd. They don't even have 5 frontline bowlers. Their side is stacked with batsman and they're getting thrashed again. Pretty disappointing. Too many young/fresh faces.

Why would you play a guy who's only arrived a day ago while having other guys there earlier? I can't understand the Indian selectors at all.

I thought it was pretty funny that Sachin didn't walk, even though he was clearly out for all to see. God knows what would have happened if that was Ponting.

Pathan didn't walk just then. Hypocrites.

Big edge and Rudi makes a stuff up.

What a throw was that? AWESOME!!!

Sachin didnt walk becoz he didnt feel as if he hit the wicket. Why couldnt the bails fall off due to the air blowing it off the stumps? Thats why they took it to the third umpire and then he was ruled out

I guess a total of 180 here would give India something to defend.

What do these Aussie fielders eat for breakfast? THESE GUYS ARE SENSATIONAL!!!!!

Didn't think we would have played Noffke, had an okay debut. Other bowlers have been very economical.

I wake up and India are 7/155. Oh dear! Looking at the side, I am upset that Gambhir is there since he can't even convert a start (39) into a big score and help the team out. What is Tiwary doing there? Suresh Raina would have been a far better option, Tiwary is used to coming in lower down the order and Raina has international experience and a far better List A record.

The fact that Bracken and Noffke went for four and five runs per over leads me to believe that this was the work of Brett Lee who is just incredibly brilliant this Australian season.

I think everyone here loves the atmosphere whilst Harbhajan is batting. The boos and jeers and then he edges one - it is the stuff that cricket is made of.

I, for one, never suggested that walking is the key. The key is competant umpires.

He seems to stick out for going for a few runs but he seems okay. 135kph, with good accuracy and bounce...I can see how he has done well in Aussie cricket.

The game is interesting now... Some good stuff from Dhoni-Harbhajan

I heard the commentators saying that Australia will have to chase much more than what India score (because when India started off, it was a 50-over game and it was reduced to a 45-over game in between the Indian innings).

So India should go for the kill now and try to amass as much runs as possible. This wicket is getting tougher after all that rain fallen on it (they prolonged the game inspite of consistent drizzling).
