SO how we should organize the matches? I mean should I get in touch with my opponent, or you send details to all individuals? Is it finally F5 or T20?

If that's the maximum in game we should have stuck to that number of players.

Why when what I am using does the job just fine and everyone who is taking part has access to it?

25 players are taking part, am I supposed to say to 9 of those, "Sorry but you cant take part because in game only 16 players are supported"?

Well, using the the ingame tournament structure would have been simpler for us players because we wouldn't have needed to contact the opponent personally. Would have been easier for you to manage as well.

But then, it's a nice initiative so no issues.
