Not same for me. You'll have to check the transaction history in your Playstation. I can see that Sony has refunded the amout to my account but it It will come thru today or tomorrow...depending upon the time it was initiated and approved. Do check your PSN wallet to be sure.

If you have an rtx card (2060 being the minimum), you will have the option of ray tracing, if you don't, just a gtx card, ray tracing will be greyed out in graphics options (very likely anyway).
