Wonder if scenario creator will still be a thing and if so if it’ll be fixed and playable or you’ll still be facing the opening batsman bowling the whole time

I've played and created scenarios a lot. I have rarely faced this issue.
It was just once that there were 10 overs left in an ODI innings and they decided the give the ball to Kane Williamson.
