The beards/hair/helmets look fine on the consoles, just having some issues on the PC.

At this point we can't replicate it! We are trying!! There is literally nothing to go on to lead us to what is happening.

I was very eager for the release of Cricket Academy and now cant even see how it looks .The same black screen comes like the others without any error..

Then post information about your system - run dxdiag and attach the resulting report (click save all information)

Try with a lower resolution (currently only done by editing the ini file).

I don't have any .ini file in root. Can you please tell me the solution ?
