I can't stand Piers Morgan either, and I like Brett Lee, but I think what he did was just assault, plain and simple. How can that be condoned? He could have ended up with a serious head injury like Michael Schumacher's.

I don't think he volunteered to be a target of Brett Lee pumped up by a baying Australian crowd. Only one ball was aimed at the stumps.
