I find it easier to face right arm bowler with a left hand batsman than a RHbatsman, but facing a left armer with LHB makes me quite dodgy around the Off stump.

Have you guys tried practicing on a left handed batsman, I find it weird and I know I will have to bat with left hander in the game, but find it hard in the nets

It's just because the default is right-handed and that's what you've been playing most of. It's a muscle-memory thing. I thought the same thing once we got the very first nets beta... so I kept switching between left and right handed while I was playing around for hours, I generally prefer to play as left-handed (even though I'm right) when batting, I've always found it easier for some reason... you also seemed to get slightly better shot-animations in C09 with a left-hander, but that's because the initial player that was motion captured was left handed, so I found out much later.

The mo-cap thing makes sense really, I've always thought lefties look more stylish, and I've always found it easier on games if the batsman is a leftie although I'm right handed.

Left-Handers seem to look "pretty" to the eye when they bat. Right handers always seem to look a little more thuggish... It's one of those weird anomalies of cricket. Left Handers just LOOK better...

Getting bored today....so played a bit of spin bowling in nets ;):
