Looks like your batting aggression might be a tad too high. Try your batting aggression on 2 ( basic tactics) and have your highest ranked batsman bat at 4 and 5. If you have batsman with seam as their highest skill try having him/them open the batting.

I'm suffering in FC Tier 1 this season. Mainly my fault as I wasn't active most of it.
