Bit of a joke that I'm getting dominated so much. Lambert and Head got us back into it though with a 90 run partnership to put us at 121/3 at stumps, trailing by 6 runs. I have no idea why Marsh only bowled 1 over and why Adnan (who wasn't set to bowl) bowled 2 although he did take 2/3 Lee took 3/89, Cross 2/74 and Thompson took 2/82 as we bowled them out for 312 but not very good considering we were bowled out for 185 in the first innings.

Did you buy any players?

Head with a second fifty after Lambert fell for 60 earlier in the day and then Knight for 8 but we have a 40 run lead now. If we can push the lead out to around 130 runs, we might have a slight chance of making something happen.

Bit annoyed at the downtime yesterday cause I couldn't change my declaration orders as I had set it high due to being way behind and had to settle for a draw when they still had over 150 runs to win with only 5 wickets in hand. I don't know how I managed to save the game though.

Hedger's Team 185 a.o. (Head 70, R Cross 29, Gale 3/28, Miller 2/35) and 485/8 dec. (Head 134, Thompson 112, R Cross 82, Lambert 60, Siddall 3/91, Gale 3/94) drew Iridium XI 312 a.o. (Creese 96, N Cross 62, Attenborough 55, Lee 3/89, Adnan 2/3) and 188/5 (Gale 72*, Crosse 61, Lee 3/72, R Cross 1/17)

MOTM: K Head (70 off 147 and 134 off 290)

But in our second innings, we were 3/31 before Lambert and Head put on a hundred run partnership to be 4/142, and then 5/155 but a 155 run partnership between Head and Thompson got us to 6/310 before Head got out for 134 before Thompson went on to score a century, making 112 off 278, to get us to 7/397 and Cross and Marsh just continued on with an 88 run partnership before Cross got out for 82 and we declared, Marsh finishing 35* off 128.

But a pretty interesting first match.

I hardly followed that game at all I was so busy. Good fightback from your side though Hedger, 485/8d. I like the FC matches, don't like the CC UI.

I manged to score 321 in my latest OD match, I'm pretty happy with that considering most of my better players weren't playing.

I feel this needs to go through many versions to make me get back to it. I didnt like the UI (I know its still in beta).

Well somehow I've managed to fearsome tweak this up. Bowled them out for 195 after they were 5/69, as Lee took 7/49, but I do blame the game in that it took Lee off when they were 8/117 and they ended up putting on a huge last 2 wicket partnerships. Now we're 78/6 with the bat. Pretty disgraceful.

My first game of the new FC season and I'm up against the defending Oceania division one champions.

They've closed day one at 340 for 7. I was well in the match other than one monster partnership.

Bowled them out for 120 odd got 250, they got 400 and I got rolled for 50. Game certainly gives wild results, I didn't set the orders or change them through the match.
