Hi all,

I'm going to be on leave for 2 weeks starting next week Tuesday. I'll upload a new update on Saturday/Sunday that should hopefully fix the issues that have been raised since the last update. When I get back I'll start on career mode.

Yes I imported the Heat logo as the flag and left the Strikers one as white

Aaah, try to import one for the Strikers too. That should fix the problem.

- fixed orientation for players in 3D
- adjusted top edge physics
- adjusted hit box area for straight drives
- tweaked AI batting
- reduced amount of spin spinners get by default
- tweaked bail physics
- tweaked slip fielding
- various smaller bug fixes
- more 3D optimizations
- fixed shadow of left-handed batsman
- re-added bail shadows for 3D mode
- fixed z-fighting in 3D mode
- relay throws happen less often
- tweaked batting difficulty
- fixed rare bug where non-striker walks backwards after a wicket
- initial version of new commentary engine
- 3D mode no longer requires registration

Whenever I start the app, I get an error - Cricket.exe has stopped working. Any idea how to fix it? Thanks.

@Dipak: If you're running Vista/Win7 you need to run the game in Administrator mode. I haven't gotten around to fixing that issue yet. Let me know if the work around works for you

With the latest optimizations the 3D mode should be playable on lower-end PCs (anything with a 9400GM/Ion2 and above).

Hehe, don't worry you guys'll be rid of me soon enough I leave for Namibia on Tuesday morning. The Fish River Canyon is calling my name: 85km, 5 days, no cell reception = bliss.

That being said, I'll release the new update tomorrow and keep an eye on the thread. I've already started on career mode and have player/team generation, equipment, etc. sorted out. I think it'll take about 2-3 weeks to get a basic, serviceable version out.
