Same problem with me. Tried all MiniPatches, PermissionsFix and all combinations of it. Game refuses to start. Btw, even the PermissionsFix zip has normal cricket.exe, not sure if this is expected.

Hi guys,

please find a new patch attached (v2.571). This is the universal app, so isn't split into normal and permissions versions. I think I missed out on a file in the previous patch, but it should all be there now. Please let me know if this one works?

No error. The game refuses to start, nothing comes up (though I do see the process in Task Manager).

I tried fresh install over 2.56, still a no-go. Your 2.571 patch does not have permissions fix exe. I know you said you combined both the exes, but I guess its not working.

I tried the old Permissions game exe (which was part of 2.56) and the game starts but it shows version as 2.56!

Hmm, it might be importing the player heights and stats. Can you let it run for a few minutes?

For me even permission fix of older version doesn't work....

@Ashu: What version were you trying and what error were you getting?

Nope. It does not even open a window. Nothing happens.
