Cricket Leagues - Support and Advice

Well, I'm thinking of something like a PC Cricket League. Where we will have different clubs (PC teams), competing against each other. We'll have a main PC XI then, where the performers from different clubs get selected to play in the XI which will compete against real teams. Only possible if PC members sign up though.

I'm actually putting up this idea here at this point because I think the activity is quite high. We do have enough members to get this started. Should be fun. Something like CCPC, PCCL, etc.

I really want to do this, might as well use some game rather than usual CrickSim.

if you advertise outside the subforum you might be able to get enough members for this, i remember i had a hard time getting players to sign up for the pc tri-nations.

I'll to take part. Make sure you don't abandon it in between. Meet, Yudi and few others also started such league which included PC members but failed to keep it running.

Hi all, I hope you all are doing well. You might have come to know that the Indian Premier League, which I started came across abrupt end due to many reasons which lead to the eat up of my time, I'm totally free now, and am in a mood of running a league now here at planetcricket.
I've got few options, which are:
A) Continuing the Indian Premier League.
Doesn't make any sense because IPL fever is all over and we had too much of IPL stuff. Again same teams, blah blah creates more degradation of IPL, espicially for me.
B) Starting a whole new IPL, with fantasy teams.
Its a bit of challenge to me, but I'm sure I'll take care of it, with the support of few experienced.
C) Taking over the Amar Varma's Indian Super League concept and continuing with it
It'll require just a few managers, I can enjoy my life bit of tension less too, cause the number of matches here will be less and we can conclude a season in

After deep thinking, I've decided to stick with third one. Before I start that, I'll be running the "Ganguly Gilchrist Trophy", which will be the contest between Chennai Super Kings and South Australia Redbacks.
