Dec 26-30: 4th Test - Australia v England at Melbourne

Where was this Tremlett guy all this time. What would have happen if Broad didn't got injured?

Great all out for under 100 :rolleyes. At least Hilfy will get a chance in good conditions for him.

WOW, what could of been if Hussey was not chosen at all... It was a given though if the top order kept failing. Hussey CAN"T KEEP rescuing australia from trouble and eventually he didn't. But still Class Player. Ponting 100 next innnings

That wide was awful from Mitch...

Australia...Epic Fail. Really. Wow. And for a second we thought they had turned a corner...

Another under 100 allout for Aussies. WOW
So England will really pile some runs and again under pressure the Aussies who were so well in the last match.

Whatever happened to leaving the balls that are outside off stump on the first day. Aussies batted like they needed to put up 200 before lunch.

If australia loses there seriously need to consider for the future in the SCG match actually try something. Considering katich comes back

Katich
Hughes
Watson
Khawaja
Ponting
Hussey
Haddin
Smith
O'Keefe
Copeland
Johnson
Harris

That team would do it for Australia and see out the tests. Rest Clarke (not "rest" actually rest him). Give Ponting his last match and let him play the WC.

On what does Hughes keep his spot?

Now Australians got bowled out under 100 against seam attack... they are being out on low totals in this series... then why it is generally said India Can't Play on fast tracks.... even Aussies are struggling on their home grounds......

Chucking out a spinner from team on basis of his performance against India, is not a very wise move. Selectors just didn't want to look like big fools bringing Hauritz back after poor show by Doherty.

Hey no wonder my newspaper aint getting delivered the paper boy is bowling leg breaks against england...

Surely there is a law against this, poor kid.

I've been ranting about this for weeks.
Look at Hauritz international record, then tell me how many current international spinners have done better.
And his form since he was dropped?
On what basis can they keep him out of the team?

As I said all along, the selectors don't want to admit they were wrong, which is a really stupid attitude...we are all wrong sometimes, it's not the worst thing in the world to admit.

Totally ridiculous.

When you have a mediocre team having weak captaincy, stupid selectors, and rampant egos and personal agendas as well really don't help.

The whole game in this country is going down the toilet, kids don't want to play anymore, and it is mainly due to the entire culture of the game, it is run by idiots, and in a lot of cases played by idiots.

The 1970's Ian Chappell attitude is still rife in Australian cricket, and kids these days don't want a bar of it.

"Both Aus and Eng hardly know the meaning of momentum. Both steal it from each other " --- ian Healy today
Couldn't control my laughter upon hearing those words . Rock on Poms , show the aussies the maker's name ;)
