Don Bradman Cricket 14 General Discussion

Batting and Bowling should be more realistic..This is the key for the successful gameplay experience...my few suggestions are

Swing and pace movement should be more realistic. All the bowlers should hav specific type of swing (OutSwinger, InSwinger, Straighter) if the bowler having outswinger quality the batsman can play their shot accordingly but they can able to bowl inswinger at some point of time. at that time the batsman having more skills can able to play asusual if not the ball should go to the keeper or outside edge or inside edge.. but in all the cricket games batsman can play their shots easily. this should not happen...same as spin bowlers

Hey Ross, I wanna know if there is ANY update we can expect in December? I am asking this because this forum has been silence for past few months. I am fine too if there isn't. I mean it's not like world will end if there's no update this month.

Edit: oh wait..

Hey Ross, Is there any chance of releasing any new photos of the game? It looks great!

Sorry if I missed this, but does anyone have an idea of the release date for this game?

Anyones guess! Without their own website being updated with screenshots, news or videos, i wouldnt get your hopes up till second half of the year. I think ashes 2013 will release first. Around june/july for me. But as for this one. Might have to wait till the next bbl time. But as long as ashes 2013 is good. I can live with that.

Does anyone have an idea on the price range for BAC when a newly realesed game???????? RLL2 was $70-$80 when realesed, will this be similar, cheaper or more expensize? Anyone tell me what their opinion is.

It's a good point, as I thought that RLL2 was eye wateringly expensive. I'd hope it was the usual RRP of ?39.99 ($60.74 in Australia) as definitely more would be sold in that case.

The price also more or less didn't drop until RLL2 and the GOTY edition of the AFL game came out and they started trying to get rid of stock of the older games. I was considering getting one of them to see how Big Ant's games are in general, but the price was a massive barrier against my disinterest in both sports.

The longevity of the career mode could help make a higher price tag easier to take, but for those only getting one of the cricket games to be released it would really depend on which one has the best gameplay - longevity like a career mode doesn't help if you don't want to play the game for a long time because of bugs.

Big Ant won't have the open market that their AFL and NRL games have considering the competitors they'll have with Cricket.

Who will be the first player you guys will create with the player editor? I will start with myself of course :)
