Don Bradman Cricket 14 General Discussion

Yes Ross, we need to know that. It'd be awesome. Don't think any previous games offered that.

ummm every other cricket game on PC offered that. one player using a controller versus the other using keyboard/mouse.

Having said so, like Ross has mentioned playing with keyboard/mouse would probably wont be a good experience due to button layout.

Is it? May be I missed that out. Have played Cricket 05, 07 & AC09, may be I missed it, gotta see. Anyway, thanks for correcting me there.
And, if it was present in the previous games, it'd obviously be there here, so I guess I'd take a Yes to my previous question.

Sorry, two players cannot share the same controller.

Just wondering if the release of the game in your mind will change if we find problems with the cricket academy beta, is this the reason for no release date yet Ross.p.s The hours are so slow.:mad

Nope.

The data created by the Cricket Academy is future proof - we can even add things into the PC version/Cricket Academy and have them show up on the console versions.

There will no doubt be issues with the Cricket Academy, it is a cut-down version from the game and has been only tested in-house, that's why we are calling it a "Beta". Like the game itself, and all of our games in the past, we will support it with updates/patches.

Thanks for the fast reply Ross the Boss:D, so we will just have enough time to create all the teams before release.;)

Also if we are going to create real players with the beta and post them here on pc, can you get into trouble for this, i know this is a silly question and i bet the answer is no but i'm just making sure. Thanks for everything.:cheers

Din't you say you had outsourced QA to a firm in India? :) If Cricket Academy was tested only in-house, it means QA and platform approvals were done for the full game and as such, should be ready to go.
