I think we can write a book on do's and don'ts of marketing a product. Just put whatever Ross has done in "Do's" and whatever Mike has done in "Don'ts" .

Sometimes i feel bad for him that he had to use "Team Mode" word again and again which is certainly someone in the marketing team has come up with who still believes that gamers are either 5th graders or dumb-wit wee-tards.
