Don Bradman Cricket 14 General Discussion

As you've said previously Ross... CA is now and will be the best license to have!!

Having a game that is fully customisable with a ashes license is like having a million and 1 toppings without the ice-cream....

Making sense isn't my forte.. I try.

Agree totally. CA makes anything other than the Bradman license irrelevant.

Ashes Cricket 13 shows what happens when "the stars of the show", "licensed kit items" and "exclusive content" take over.

Can someone who thinks DBC needs more licenses please tell me what they would add to the enjoyment of the gamer that cannot be handled by CA?

"More sales" is maybe a plus from Big Ant's view but it only means more sales because there are too many w*nkers banging on about licenses rather than opening their eyes and seeing we've been given something far better that won't date

Cricket games like E A Cricket 2007, Ashes cricket 09, Brian Lara cricket etc.. where available on torrent and some sites for free download..
Can we get DBC 14 in the same way for free ??

Damn, I can't do my thing of linking people to internet shock sites for asking about piracy because you've banned him.

You'd be surprised how much good old goatse annoys people who want to steal video games...

I dont mind licensed cricket kits to choose from....as BA have already promised stadium creator in next version....otherwise all for the gameplay....higher customisation the better

What I love is the prospect that we will become so immersed in DBC that the logos/gear/kits provided in CA become an essential part to the game for future iterations.

Just imagine in 2 years time, after sinking your teeth into a full career along with your 'sponsor' bat and gear... and then when DBC16 is out and they have replaced radial motors or god-forbid 'This Guy Gets It' logos with generic GM or slaz..etc

Any way the point is create your own game, create your own history!!!

It has all gone fairly quiet.

I'm guessing that either all the Aussies are in shock at having toppled our lot over like a Sunday League team or everyone is busy enjoying Ashes Cricket 13 and the extensive online play mode.

I hope BA are having some luck with the retailers and can get the game on the shelves pretty soon. If I can't play DBC14 on boxing day whilst the outlaws argue over whether Wizard of Oz will be on Channel 4 or BBC, I'm going to be seriously needing a drink.

Hmmmm. Could I then start legal action against Mike Fagan for prompting BA to delay and thereby causing my future alcohol related health issues? Surely the only evidence I need is a steam account and a doctors sick note.
