Look Ross has assured us and has been assuring us for months (see the first post of this thread) that the game will release in 2013. He and BA will not want the credibility hit that would occur should they adjust this date at the last minute (as did another game earlier this year). Look at it on the bright side- BA will not want to repeat the July fiasco so the longer it takes to hear from them, the more certain it is that it will release this year. This sounds dumb but I'm trying to put a positive spin on it. I dont think we're going to get another "here we go again" delay announcement. Roll on Nov. 30

Big Ant have pumped a few million dollars into this game and are taking on a huge risk. They need to make sure it works.

spot on..yeah you are right..ross is not fegan ..he said it will be out in 2013 so surely there will be an announcement within next 10 days for sure..100% sure because he is ross the boss and he said''The game will be here in 2013'' ..surely game will be out in december..

While it looks like the game could be released in 2014, it seems odd that they would have the world premiere in early November only for it to be released next year. That doesn't make sense to me.

$20 Steam release only so far. This in isolation will have limited...if any... impact on retail.

I'd be reserving any judgement until we hear about what is happening with any type of console release, or a non-digital PC release.

I might be wrong...but doesnt microsoft restrict any sort of digital release for 6 months if you want to release the game for xbox? Or is that console only (live and psn release)? It might mean they are not releasing on the consoles anytime soon.

Just Live and PSN I believe. You look at a big game like Portal 2. Came out on Steam and 360 (and PS3) on the same day.

Well...thing is big companies and big games are..they dont need to follow rules as microsoft and sony will bend over backwards for them. But anyway, never mind then, thought it was for steams also.
