The weirdness is that they chased us and spent ours at the publishers offices in Sydney capturing video and they set out a very lengthy Q&A... but yes, Cricket is not on the radar with many.

Aye oop they spent 'ours at our Ross's place. Ah didn't know thee come from round 'ere. Bloody Aussie's coming over 'ere stealing our wimmin an makin' better crikkit games than Ah can shake a stick o' rhubarb at........

In this case it was that it took 4+ seconds during loading the game to get to the XMB.

That's not really a big issue, most games have some sort of delay when trying to access the XMB whilst loading.

Ross how much are you guys banking on Day One/First week sales? Or its Quarterly,How does it work for games esp sports ones since they have long life?

Sounds like IGN, its probably because they thought your game doesn't have any headshots and sweet xp, which is a shame because your game actually does have those.

Actually, it would depend a lot on player skills and also whether you opt being an all-rounder or a specialist. If I set myself as a specialist batsman and suck at batting (i.e. get out in single digits every time), the first year would end pretty soon.

Obviously, but for the majority of people, that's how it would probably average out. Obviously on the flip slide, those that must watch every auto replay of every shot, and field 100% of the time.. and watch the match from the pavilion when not batting will take an eon or two.

weather and crowd

will the crowd increase as the play approaches? also will there be waving of flags like you had in rugby league? also will there be dressing room shots? can we use the pro camera without helmet? is the pro camera available for the bowlers and fielders? can we look up in the sky and feel the thundering of the clouds while batting or bowling or fielding?

Sigh.........anyone???

I know, if you are in pro-camera - you can even choose the spectator to sign the autograph! ;)

Will this game cure cancer?

I will be gutted if I can't look up into them there clouds.......

Sorry for taking the p dewaag but a lot of what you have asked has been answered elsewhere and to answer everything in your post is just too mindnumbingly mindnumbing. Perhaps asking one question at a time will get more sympathy....

How will we know? We don't watch the buildup so we'll only see the crowd there for the game.
also will there be waving of flags like you had in rugby league?
Probably. DBC14 uses an improved engine from RLL2 (I think), so it would be logical to assume the same crowd motions are in the game.
also will there be dressing room shots?
You can watch from the pavillion. But no to the dressing room.
is the pro camera available for the bowlers and fielders?
Yes.
can we look up in the sky and feel the thundering of the clouds while batting or bowling or fielding?
Feel? I'm sure you will be able to see it as you can look up in pro mode as far as I can remember.

I tried.

...do you enjoy movies about Gladiators?
