Don Bradman Cricket in the Press

It sure is. We had a girl play for our Sunday side last week (she'd just finished the ladies game and offered to help us fill our team a bit (we still only had 9..)) Off her 8 overs she had figures of 2/16 or something. The style of bowling was at such a difference to the men that they couldn't figure her out at all. She was also more fun to keep to than the men who were hopeless inaccurate!

And with their different rules it would be a whole different game....:thumbs

I just visited Flipkart regarding the price of the PC version. Read a few reviews of the PS3 version though. Just have a look at those reviews. Most of them are positive ones. This game is a super-hit in India! Good job BigAntCricket

This one's the best though

"Now I notice a lot of folks complaining about the game pricing. Instead of cribbing we need to come forward and support the folks (Big Ant Studios) who have painstakingly created a superb looking title here. Maybe even the best Cricket game that has ever been produced. We need to understand that big guns like EA and Codemasters are both done with this genre. They have both developed some OK titles and don't seem interested in Cricket anymore. However, out of the blue came Big Ant Studio and they have taken the ownership of creating a sports title which will be loved and enjoyed by millions around the world. So stop cribbing guys and start supporting. Start saving if you do not have the cash at the moment. Stop spending on things which you desire less

Yes, I agree that Rs.4000 is too steep a price for a game title. But all of us want a great cricket title coming out every second year. Don't we? So support these guys, say no to piracy and enjoy a superb looking game. And pray that Big Ant Studios continue bringing us some amazing titles in the future too. May this be the PES/FIFA of cricket games."

Does anyone else feel a small sense of fame seeing DBC on cricinfo, as if you have actually helped make the game?

I certainly see one person in the comments who feels like he helped make the game...

This guy?

Yeah I love that comment....he seems so hurt, so indignant that there we all were happily going about playing the game, whilst he was wondering what everyone was up to all that time.......we are so cruel....

I'd like to know what the guys in the comments section of that link calling it worse than EA Cricket 05 and 07 are smoking.

I called that guy out in the comment I left there along with links to other reviews and PC.net ;)
