That blue and white lines or whatever that texture is called behind Messi is looking odd because in wallpaper if anyone see first time they must see one focus. Due to that background focus goes on various things because you have made messi wallpaper so there should be one focus that's Messi. And if you need to do changes just hide the render than pick up blur tool and blur that line background with 40% Strength. Just 2 times. Than unhide Messi and make apply image so all is applied. Now take burn tool at midtones 15% exposure and brush it on apply image but don't brush on render. Now take sponge tool at 20% flow and select saturate not desaturate and on that applied image only brush on render.

So this would make render some bright with sponge tool and other something dark with burn tool and there would be focus only on one thing which is Messi.:)
