Suppose the appearance hexes can't be used to cheat...

Row 107 Column 9 is skin and hair colour. Different hair colours are the "base" values at 0, 16, 32 et al. Thereafter the skin colour is +0 (pale skin), +1 (tanned skin), +2 (darkish skin), +6 (very dark skin).

Row 107 Column 10 is the shape of the hair. Haven't really figured out a great deal about this, since the virtual hairstyles of cricketers don't particularly interest me!
