Well yeh, really dumb grading. But would I be going to far by saying that the work must crap easy still.

yeah, it is easy, but i do go to the math and science center on tuesdays, which is like a tutor thing where smart people go. i'm doing trig there, and considering im only 12, i think its quite an achevment to get a 93% in that.

If you get 100% then it is impossible to get 120%. If you read a dictionary or ask your maths teacher a percent can only reach up to 100%

Two words, EXTRA CREDIT!

In my school experiences
95+ = A+
85 - 94 = A
75 - 84 = B+
etc.

Woah, that's easy! for us its:

94+ A
90-93: A-
87-89: B+??
84-86: B
80-84: B-
76-79: C+
74-75??: C
70-73: C-
then the 60's are d's...i don't want to type it..lol

anything below that is an E or F, which is Failure.

Maybe it is harder to get that mark, remembr diffrent countrues have diffrent level of education, and saying that people in Canada, US, UK are smarter is very stereotype. I can tell you most people in India and Pakistan, and other countries where it is a lot stricter It'll be harder to study.

Like I am averaging 87 in Canada where I think It is easy. I have gone to school in Pakistan, and It is strict. I bet you If I were to go to Pakistan I would get 70-74.

You really are a nerd : Anyway,i'm enrolling in the CAE(------------ Advanced Education?),a couple of off campus courses for year 11(Humanity subjects).I'm of course doing a year 12 subject so i can make my workload easier for the following year. We don't start School agin until the start of Feb,and i stoppedc going to school around two weeks ago(i'd finished Exams,and i had a note from my mum saying that i was working)!

The fact is percentage ranges from 0-100% not above that!

100% is the highest you CANNOT get higher.

Btw, just thought I would mention this amidst the American bashing. One of the reasons they have extra credit in schools is because unlike many school systems, most American schools have 90+ as A. In my human A&P class, this is how grades work:

92% - 100% = A
82% - 91.9% = B
72% - 81.9% = C
71.9% or lower = D

And let me tell you, its a bitch getting an A in that class.

Grades work this way in my school:

90-100 = A+
80-90 = A
70-80 = B+
65-70 = B
60-65 = C+
50 - 60 = C
40 - 50 = D
Below 40 = E

So I pretty much always get an A in most subjects...A+ in Maths, English, History and Geography!
