England in Australia

KP must have had some good ODI knocks.
Speaking of KP once again we see why he should be at 4 or maybe even 3 given the way the other batsmen are going.

Warne is having a ripper of a first day as are the other Aussies, this is taking out the rain factor very quickly. Can't believe hes getting that much turn on the first day too.

according to Nasser Hussain KP likes batting at 5 and told the england management that he wants to bat there

god SA were at least competitive when they come here the poms just plain suck and arnt getting any better at all in fact worse

Yea thats true but England may have to bite the bullet and tell him he needs to bat higher. If the guys around him were more consistent then fair enough stay at 5 but that ain't the case.

Ouch just slightly below 90,000 and yet again Monty is showing his batting skill.

when we get vaughan and tresothick(possibly) back then he will be ok to bat at 5

Could do, it's a shame they weren't over here.

Warney grabs a dream 5 for to go with his 700th wicket, what a perfect day.

trescothick wouldn't have made a difference and Vaughan probaly wouldn't have made much difference with the bat. He's been rubbish with the bat ever since he was made captain but his captaincy is the best in the world

It is really great to see the Australian openers just attacking instead of defending like the English openers.

Hehe more umpiring luck for the Aussies in particular Hayden. Obviously if Rudi wasn't giving the first one no way he would have given the 2nd one.

Both gone by very good balls by Freddy, hes starting to fire up again. Not the greatest ball to bowl when on a hattrick.

Lol what a field setting by Flintoff 3 short legs.

Well as long as we don't collapse like the English we should be in a good position by the end of the tomorrow.
