Who will win the ODI Series

Aus beat pakistan 3-0 because they were played in neutral venues and also because they were played in front of empty grounds. I feel that when teams play in the sub continent in front of 30,000 vocal fans or 125,000 fans like Kolkatta is quite intimidating and can be a major negative for the touring team.
I do agree that winning the toss is vital as batting last would be very difficult.

Pakistan have about 1 hour and 15 minutes of time to bowl England out. I think that is less then 20 overs.

I think it will be a draw unless in the next six overs a wicket falls.

According to cricinfo they have 34 overs left. But England seem to be playing for the draw so bad light will cut most of that out.

its going to behard the time factor is going to play a big part

Akhtar is on again so this will be the key moment. If he can have one of those spells Pakistan will be back if not England will get away with a draw.

I'm surpised Kaneria hasn't done much, is he threatening much or is he doing what the English bowlers were doing?

This will be a draw. At least Pakistan can't lose the series now.

Akhtar had one fiercy yorker of about 95 MPH. Jones narrowly got a bat into that.

this reminds me of the final ashes test match where piterserns innings was the key factor

Flintoff is out by Akhtar!

About 40 minutes left and 4 wickets to go.

Maybe it still can happen.

Akhtar can do it, he looks like he is having one of those spells. He will be hard to keep out for the tail enders.

According to cricinfo and replays, YES!

38.2 Shoaib Akhtar to Giles, no run, short ball, down the leg side,
tries to play at it, looks like inner edge to keeper, shout for
caught behind, declinese, replay confirms that Gils nick that one

Another umpiring call goes the way of the english

Afridi is bowling balls of 80 MPH. :)

And not to forget Inzamam is off the field now. Younis Khan is now in charge.

BBC says:
1050 There's an appeal for a catch behind off Giles' first ball but umpire Darrell Hair correctly says "no".
